By that moment we had already had an experience of that kind, but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations, therefore we already had a certain goal and task: a decrease in the cost of attracting of orders.

Our cooperation began since mid-August 2017. The work was performed on a professional level, we were greatly pleased with the employees’ approach to working together: they suggested lots of their own productive ideas to reach the goal; all the actions were accompanied with comprehensible explanations and instructions what we should pay attention to when maintaining contextual advertising. The only thing we could consider as a disadvantage in AdBeam’s work is that the advertising on Google AdWords still hasn't brought proper results.

What I liked was:

1. Ease in communication. We went to first-name terms. Both you and Katya said what you thought, and it could be felt, there wasn’t that sort of “figurative complaisance” when you have no idea what lies behind it, like many agencies have it.
2. Transparency. The plan in a table, and all revisions to it in real-time mode. All the materials in one place.

What we’d like to improve, what we lacked to give you 10 instead of 8.

1. It isn’t yet clear what the situation is like with the leads, but those who has have gotten through to as of yet don’t look like the profiling. But it’s an experiment. It can be either a success of a failure. Especially, considering that it is b2b and a startup, and you don’t have this type of experience.
2. Working on the article. Subjectively, it seems that the resulting content hasn’t come out helpful for the TA we had been oriented at. There is a hypothesis that maybe we should have stuck to our input at all, correct the mistakes if any, and write it as it is, in first person. With the rewriter, it has come out generalized, long, and “advertisement-style”. But without tests, we don’t know if it would have really had a positive impact on the conversion.
3. Working on he banners. We say it’s valuable that our banners aren’t cropped, but at the same time we did the advertising with 2 resizes, didn’t make resizes for everything — to have them really look decent on all channels. I’ve bumped into our cropped banners in quite a lot of places.

Our representative Masha worked with Katya on creating the banners. She didn’t feel her engagement in the work on the banner messages, although it’s an important question for us. Let me give a quotation, “There was a point with the texts for the creatives, I asked which text to write of several possible variants, and what we chose wasn’t the most suitable one. Then I suggested another one, and they agreed. In fact, all their texts could have been written with one pic, I don’t know why 1 or 2 were chosen there (I can’t remember). After the ads began to run, the texts could have been further experimented with, disabling the poorly performing ones. But these are trifles. Perhaps they know better.”

IN TOTAL: there was good managerial work and pleasant communication. They are the right people for making experiments together.

Our website engages in the production and sale of icons. In 2018 we received an interesting offer of cooperation from a representative of the AdBeam internet marketing agency. After getting familiar with the company’s activity, we made up our mind to try and launch advertising in a niche that was new for us.

We ordered a service of promoting the website on search engines. Our expectations for sales growth expectations were fully justified. The growth was quite fast and high, but unfortunately the advertising costs turned out to be higher than we’d have liked them to be. At the same time, I can count it as one of the positive sides of our cooperation that after the problem came out, the measures aimed at eliminating it began to be taken immediately, therefore at the moment the agency is in the process of optimizing our advertising budget, which is good. Another pleasant part of the cooperation is that the agency’s representatives approach what that do with a high level of professionalism, give detailed and easy-to-understand explanations, making all their actions clear, which gives me a complete idea of the advertising process and its results.
I have only one comment regarding their work: I would like the services rendered by the agency to be less expensive.
